MANDATORY ACCEPTANCE
By accessing, using, or continuing to use this AI Legal Information System (the "Service"), you irrevocably acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, including all liability limitations, disclaimers, and waivers contained herein.

1. DEFINITIONS AND SERVICE DESCRIPTION

1.1 Service Definition
The AI Legal Information System is an artificial intelligence tool that provides general educational information only. The Service:

1.2 Entity Definitions
"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Applied Impact Media, operating the "Dialogue In Divorce" website (www.dialogueindivorce.ca) and the "Family Law A.I. Agent" Service, and all affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and successors.

"User," "you," or "your" refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Service.

2. ABSOLUTE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

2.1 Maximum Liability Cap
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY TO ANY USER EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) $100 CAD, OR (B) THE AMOUNT PAID BY USER FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

2.2 Excluded Damages
THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Personal injury, property damage, or emotional distress
• Legal fees, court costs, or litigation expenses
• Regulatory fines, penalties, or sanctions
• Damages resulting from reliance on Service information
• Damages from Service unavailability, errors, or inaccuracies
• Third-party claims or demands

2.3 Sole Risk and Responsibility
User expressly acknowledges and agrees that use of the Service is entirely at User's sole risk and responsibility. User accepts full liability for all consequences of Service use, including any decisions made based on Service information.

3. NO LEGAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER

3.1 Express Prohibition on Legal Advice
THE SERVICE DOES NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE, LEGAL OPINIONS, OR LEGAL RECOMMENDATIONS. ALL INFORMATION IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

3.2 No Attorney-Client Relationship
No attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or confidential relationship of any kind is created between User and the Company or any third party through use of the Service. User acknowledges that:

• No communications are privileged or confidential
• No legal representation is provided
• No duty of care or professional responsibility exists
• User must seek independent legal counsel for all legal matters

3.3 Jurisdictional Limitations
Legal information varies significantly by jurisdiction. The Service cannot account for local laws, regulations, or court rules applicable to User's specific situation. User must consult local qualified legal professionals.

4. AI TECHNOLOGY LIMITATIONS

4.1 Inherent AI Limitations
User acknowledges that artificial intelligence systems:

• May generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information
• Cannot understand context or nuance like human professionals
• May contain biases present in training data
• Cannot substitute for human judgment or expertise
• May malfunction, produce errors, or become unavailable

4.2 Information Currency and Accuracy
The Company makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information provided. Legal information changes frequently, and the Service may not reflect current law.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND COVENANTS

5.1 Mandatory User Obligations
By using the Service, User covenants to:

• Use information for educational purposes only
• Seek qualified legal counsel before taking any legal action
• Independently verify all information before relying on it
• Not use the Service as a substitute for professional legal advice
• Accept full responsibility for all decisions and actions

User hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges the Company from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to Service use. This release applies to all potential claims, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

6.2 Indemnification
User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• User's use or misuse of the Service
• User's reliance on Service information
• User's violation of these Terms
• User's violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Any decisions or actions taken by User based on Service information

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND WARRANTIES

7.1 "AS IS" Service Provision
The Service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

7.2 Disclaimer of All Warranties
THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
• SECURITY OR FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES
• COMPLIANCE WITH ANY STANDARDS OR REQUIREMENTS

8. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMERS

8.1 Professional Regulation Compliance
The Service is designed to comply with professional regulations prohibiting unauthorized practice of law. The Company does not engage in the practice of law and provides no legal services.

8.2 No Circumvention of Legal Requirements
Nothing in the Service is intended to circumvent requirements for:

• Professional legal licensing or admission to practice
• Attorney-client privilege and confidentiality
• Professional competence and due diligence standards
• Court rules and procedural requirements
• Ethical obligations in legal representation

9. TERMINATION AND SURVIVAL

9.1 Immediate Termination Rights
The Company may terminate User access immediately without notice for any reason, including Terms violations or suspected misuse.

9.2 Survival of Terms
All liability limitations, disclaimers, waivers, and indemnification obligations shall survive termination of Service use indefinitely.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1 Mandatory Arbitration
Any dispute arising from Service use must be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation. User waives the right to jury trial and class action participation.

10.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms must be conducted in the courts located in Manitoba, under Manitoba’s rules and procedures.

10.3 Limitation Period
Any claims must be brought within 90 days of the alleged incident or be forever barred.

11. SEVERABILITY AND MODIFICATION

11.1 Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be interpreted to achieve maximum enforceability.

11.2 Modification Rights
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued Service use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

12. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
BY USING THIS SERVICE, USER CONFIRMS:
